Plant and Machinery

Most garden and household tools and machinery are used by their owner very occasionally. So in a typical village each of 100 or more households has a lawnmower, a hedgecutter, several extension leads, a gazebo or two, lots of ordinary garden tools……. and none of them are used for more than an hour or two a week. It makes sense to share tools. We would like to see a “Tool Pool” in operation. Let us know if you have anything from a JCB to a marque available for use (loan or hire) by others in the community.

Libraries and Collections
